Head East to the library here and locate the book inside a chest and return it to Thiron Galand.

At this point you will recieve a quest to visit The Barbarian Chieftan.
Step 2
The Chieftan - Travel to the outskirts and speak to the barbarian chieftan
You can take the local Solitary Isles boat system to The Outskirts an island full of barbarians, where the Chieftan resides.

Explore the islands and find the hole , search the walls for Dark Dragon Plant and gather them.
At this point you should return to the chieftan and give him the leaves, or explore deeper into the island and find some goblinboiz.
