Land Ownership

Guilds or players can claim lands through-out the mainland's of the kingdom, or Wildlands. Claimed lands can be built upon by the owner of the land, or partition into property's and set to rent/taxed.

Claiming land

Lands are not necessarily freely open or available to claim everywhere; a player or guild will face hurdles from quest's, task's or fees to buy or obtain the land. There is no limit to the amount of land a player or guild can own.

Taxes and Fees for land ownership

If a town is within the kingdom, the town will be required to pay tax's to the kingdom. A Owner can pay up to 6 months of taxes at a time.[1]

Land management

A town can partition their land to make property's for other guilds or players. Permissions setting are set pre property. [2]

Losing ownership of land

The only current way to lose ownership of land is by not paying your tax upkeep from the kingdom. A owner going inactive for along time will unlikely be paying their taxs. At the lose of land, everything inside the lands, buildings and objects are demolished.[3]

Buildings

Buildings are modular; things like shops, banks and the such are setup within the permissions and certain objects.
