The East Harbor is the Tutorial area where you start the game, in Irumesa.

Transport out of the island
Completing the Tutorial quest will have you talk to Marcellus Redbeard at the docks to leave the island, but you can leave without completing the tutorial (highly suggest doing it once), go to the docks near Marcellus, but instead of talking to him step onto the boxes that are in the water, you will be prompt with "are you sure you want to leave". You'll be given your 3rd class skill once you leave the island.
